At Essential Signs we will be offering the service of hiring out event backdrops, signage, and with the added extra detail of custom decals applied to the signs. We will have a range of signage to choose from, with new products to select from overtime. If you prefer a custom sign to suit your style, we can also provide that option. We know how stressful event planning is so we will drop off and pick up.

A $50 deposit is required for the hiring of backdrops, to secure your date. If no payment of deposit is made there is a chance your date will be replaced by someone else. Final payment will also include a 75% bond on top. If item(s) come back to us un-damaged we will pay back your bond after the event, it should arrive back in your account 1-3 days. Complete payment on invoice is to be made a week prior to your event date, otherwise we will take it as you are no longer needing our services.
Events located in Whakatāne township will NOT be charged extra for travel. Events located out of Whakatāne township WILL be charged extra, we can provide a quote if necessary. We can drop off the day before your event, and pick up the day after, or drop off and pick up the same day. If you are needing it longer than the 3 day hiring period, you will be charged extra.
